There is also a new Thomas wearing #80 in town if he does not get a different number.

Dallas is now considered a long shot unless they want to match his best offer.

The list of interested teams never included Dallas today. I don't even know if he talked to the Cowboys.

NFLN was reporting just before FA started that Dallas had reached out to Murray. Sounds like they tried to put up a last minute offer hoping for a hometown discount.

Im guessing Eagles if he wants a heavy contract and to be with a contender, but how can the Eagles be a 10-6 team, they lost starting RB, QB, and WR...

I'd say it's between us and the Eagles. If we get him, it will probably be over 9m/year. That's what I'm thinking right now at least. The way today is going, I have no idea what will happen lol

They should have talked to him earlier.

For the sake of the Jaguars fan base I hope I'm wrong but my gut feeling is the Eagles.   If it was a year from now,  with the Jaguars further along in the building process,  I would have predicted the Jags.  The NFC East factor also could be significant.

I'll guess us and we end up paying him handsomely.

I feel like Demarco might just be using the Jags and the other interested teams to drive up his price for the Eagles.

Im pretty pessimistic though.

You have to think Philadelphia isn't exactly an attractive destination right now considering they're dumping half of their players without a moment's notice.

It even sounds like LeSean McCoy talked Gore out of Philly.

Yeah, didn't they offer him about $16M for 4 years, or something like that?

Murray thought it was too low and decided to look around and maybe give the Cowboys a chance to either match or come close to the best offer he can get.

We'll see.
