If the Jags want to get better players in FA, they will have to overpay.

Name the last person that got signed on the first day of FA that wasn't overpaid. Everyone is overpaid, even though the new CBA specifically wanted to increase the pay to veterans in free agency. Add in the fact the salary cap goes up substantially every year, and it's pretty stupid to simply say someone overpaid.
