What happened to #45? He is a fullback.

 

 

He was garbage outside of like 2 plays. We should have just kept Greg Jones. But Pryor would be my want at FB.

 

I was thinking and we should just move Gerhart to FB full time but that would be too much money for a FB.

Carriker benched 7 more than he did at his combine.  He was the only person to bench at the veterans combine

It is good to be able to evaluate these guys along with other players at their positions.  These are the type of guys that you call up if you have a rash of injuries at a certain position.  They do not provide a long term solution but are an in season stop gap.

Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency. 


1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

I just know what others would say. I wouldnt mind moving him to FB. He can block and surprisingly tackle on special teams. I saw some punishing blocks from him last year.

I love this game of football & I'm grateful for the opportunity to show what I can do at the #VeteranCombine. I volunteered to do additional drills there such as the short shuttle, vertical & broad jump as well. They allowed me to do the 225 bench press.

 

I'd give him a shot, the guy is a competitor and would fit in well in the Jags locker room.

According to the guys on the NFL Network .  Felix Jones is way to slow and is done.  Leshoure was solid and some team should give him an invite to training camp.

Of the guys on that list, Felix Jones is somewhat intriguing if he's healthy and in shape.

Not so intriguing after that 4.7-4.8 40 yd dash. I kinda liked him as a 3rd down pass catcher type, but it's hard to argue against that 40 time.

Carriker was a guy that I really liked coming out of college. I don't think he can ever have a special career, but you have to think that his work ethic and commitment would endear him to coaches.
