This is the guy I want. He going to give a lot of teams hell and I hope the tracks don't get him.

I know a lot of people aren't big on where he is now as far as size and whatnot, but I think he has all the potential to be great. They forget to project where he can go, rather than where he is.

Very true but Gregory isnt helping his cause. 238 at his pro day only up 3 pounds since the combine. His playing weight is in the Aaron Maybin, Bark Mingo, Dion Jordan range- which invites a lot of negative comparisons. Hes a solid player though, I just wouldnt be comfortable taking him at Pick 3.

Terrified to tell the truth at 3. Maybe at 10-16

Again, if we're talking about the LEO then 238 is just about ideal. I advocate Ray as the ideal LEO, but I see Gregory as a very close 1b. Having both of them as possibilities a few picks later makes me comfortable trading down to something like #6 or #7. Per the charts, the trade should net the Jaguars the equivalent of a 2nd and a 3rd
(Bears or Falcons)
or 4th
(Jets)
round pick.

A DE with similar measurables is also in this draft.

Shaq Riddick (6'6 244) he was a beast at the FCS level and transferred up level of competition after 3 years and got 8 sacks at WVU including 3 against Baylor.

1.57 10 yard split, 4.59 40.

36" vert, 10'4" broad, 4.28 shuttle, 6.67 3 cone.

Most have him as a 7th round or UDFA. But I suspect he will go higher than projected.

You could say the same about all the pass rushers in this draft.

On the other hand, Gregory is the best LEO fit of them all.

But there isn't much separating them all at the top as prospects.  And none would be drafted at three if this draft had the talent of a typical draft.
