Is this a sign that the Jags are thinking about targeting another WR in the draft?

I like Shorts. Wish he could have stayed around here longer, seems like a great guy. Hope he plays well except our two games a year lol

He'll pull a hammy on his way to the press conference.

Cecil is a decent enough player.  Good luck to him.

When a division rival inks a player you let leave, not due to cap or affordability issues, it's a good sign.

Good luck to him, I just hope he forgets to play against us :-p

I look forward to him fumbling against us, and having it returned oh say... 41 yards.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

NFL.com's Conor Orr reports that "Shorts' route-running ability and sure hands are a worthwhile experiment for the Texans." Interesting considering he dropped many passes last year. Thoughts on the signing?

I wish him well 14 times a year.  Great potential.

I'm not sure why people are wishing bad things upon him. He is a class act that always worked hard. It was unfortunate that he couldn't stay healthy but that's life. It's part of free agency that some people aren't going to stay with their team. The Jags probably didn't even offer him much of anything to stay.

the NFL article called him sure handed. Made me laugh cause he obviously didn't watch him drop like 30% of his passes this year or that horrible drop that should have won us the Texans game
