Allen Hurns is our most complete receiver

kwame brown is a 7 foot specimen that should have dominated the NBA, but it doesn't matter because he's an idiot. he could be 8 foot and it still wouldn't matter

you're just wrong.  guys don't get faster after being in the league three years.  they pick up the game better from studying.

I think you're equating intelligence to knowledge.  two totally different things.

the same way you take a 130 lb nerd World of warcraft loser and turn him into a 180 lb testosterone machine, you get in the gym and train

if you don't believe you belong, there's nothing on this planet, no amount of speed, no amount of muscle that will ever help you

Making someone STRONGER does not correlate to being a better ATHLETE. You're still just going to have a strong nerd.

Bruh....

Everyone on this board could train every day all day and no one would be able to jump and run like LeBron.

You are born with athleticism. You can't just teach someone to be something they're not. I'm a 6ft 3 white guy and no matter how hard i train, i will never have a 40 inch vertical or run a 4.40 40.

Allen Hurns will have to prove that his success last season had more to do with his talent than it did of knowing the playbook, which is what I beleive he is the real deal and will be starting in the top 3 WR slot at the start of the season (provided no serious injuries occur).. knock on wood

You must have never played sports.

Or you would know that you can learn basketball plays but you can't learn to jump 40 inches.

Kwame Brown was also a bad example because although he was tall, he had very small hands which limited his ability to catch/control the ball in traffic, which is huge when playing around the rim.

Allen Hurns was a huge shock last season. Not sure if he's going to be 1st or 2nd wide out, but the talent is there. Unlike with past Jaguars who have been one hit wonders lets see if Hurns can continue on his success.

I don't know if we can pinpoint who our best receiver even is. Should be interesting to see which one of the second year guys breaks out.

No pain, no gain.

I think Lee will be solid but I really like Robinson. His body control while in the air is amazing.

Judging someone solely on TD's (Which a lot of people seem to be doing while backing Hurns) is unrealistic.

TD's are tricky.

Torrey Smith had 11 TD's last year. More than Calvin, Jeffery, Marshall, Em. Sanders, and TY.

Hurns is a good player but he's not the best or most complete receiver on this team.

he also led the team in rec. yards and led Lee and Robinson in receptions so its not just TDs. He could of easily had 800 yrds 8 TDs if it wasnt for some of his rookie mistakes. Also had a rookie QB throwing him the ball and being tough enough to play through injury and play every game last year. If you watched him play last year you would know its more than just TDs

And Robinson would have beaten Hurns in every category (except TD's maybe) if he didn't get hurt.

I mean he only had what... 4 less receptions in 6 less games?

What's more...

Robinson missed most of training camp and preseason with an injury.  It was also his first year in the offense.  Hurns had experience in the offense and no games missed with injury.

I like Hurns.

He can get deep and has some pretty decent moves to gain separation.

But I cannot state at this point he is the best receiver.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!
