Jameis Winston getting crabby again when he reported that an unknown NFL team followed him on his flight after the combine (to see if he was on the up and up with society following the rules I suppose, either that or he is high and paranoid).

Browns might trade up from 12th overall to 3rd to sign QB giving the Jaguars next year 1st round pick in addition to this years 12th overall and a third round pick.
