Civil suit against Winston

Really hope your son/daughter doesn't go sleeping around with a potential celebrity and then file to get money.

Such a classy bunch!

Quote:Exactly. The only people that think he is 100% innocent are the die hard FSU fans.

It's easy to review the statistics about rape and see how hard it is to prove it. Nobody knows whether it was consensual or not.

She's only sueing for 15k. I'm shocked its not a lot more.

I'm die hard FSU for 35+ years now and I think he's innocent on the rape case, but not innocent overall. The dude's done some stupid stuff.

I don't think he's 100% innocent on the rape case.  I think something happened beyond consensual sex, we just dont know what.  The second girl that needed to see a psychologist after speaks volumes.

As for the people that like to say she's changed her story multiple times, many psychologists will tell you that is very common among rape victims.

So she did all this in 2012 knowing full well the backup QB would become the 1st overall pick and said hmm I bet I can get 15k out of this?

How dense can some of yall be? You are acting like she is a Cosby rape victim

...just bringing this out after he is rich. In 2012 no one knew where Jameis was going to get drafted if at all.

The only people that know.what happened were Jameis and the girl but all of you guys were there to I guess...

Cause yall.seem to know she is making it all.up and is a piece of trash gold digger wanting 15k to set her up for life.

And the charges were attempted to be brought in 2012...so your point is irrelevant.

Hopefully if you do something wrong you won't be tried 4 times for it. And hopefully you'll have the good sense to not destroy evidence. Were you ever on the CleatChasers site? Maybe you know the "victim".

Can you link to where he has been charged 4 times and found not guilty?

Quote:Yes it is a shame. Obviously you or anyone that you know has never been falsely accused of rape. Not only is it expensive but your character is forever questioned. So yes it's a shame.

One could say that you have Obviously never been raped or known someone who has. The "victim" usually has a much more difficult time...like getting the police to even take them seriously.

I think 78 movie links has more factual information into this obviously concocted charge to ruin someone's career.

But in all seriousness, besides the school board thing when was he actually tried?

She's lost three times, so her and her team want to try again?

Let me guess.  The Duke Lacrosse team is still guilty in your eyes as well as the UVA frat that Rolling Stone tried to bring down.

I'm not convicting or freeing anyone...

The point is I'm not calling an alleged rape victim a piece of trash like some but you're too dense to get that point...

People wonder why rapes go unreported...it's because we have geniuses like yourself that know the facts well enough to pass judgement while never being there.

It's not even an issue of innocence//guilty... it's the audacity of some to call the alleged victim trash for reporting a rape.

No they're not.  But when the alleged victim changes her story multiples times it destroys her credibility.  When you hear about her being on cleatchasters.com it destroys her credibility.  When the same case has been through three different adjudication proceedings and still pursues the guy it seems like she's out for money.  Filing a civil suit 2 weeks before the draft is the perfect money grab scenario.  People like her and what she's doing is a real disservice to REAL victims of sexual assault.

The point you fail to see is that everything indicates she was NOT raped.

Just like everything indicates it was an up and up investigation by a great police department.

The fact remains a case that you know 0 details about the actual incident you are able to surmise the victim is a piece of trash.

Yes, a person that falsely accuses another of a crime to snatch 7 millions dollars from him is indeed trashy.

My knowledge of the incident comes from reports and the attorneys.  I guess that's 0 information.

Huh
