He wasn't tried and found not guilty...he wasn't tried because of lack of evidence. Now we can ASSUME there is no evidence because it's a false accusation or we could ASSUME that there was no evidence because of the bang up job TPD did with its investigation.


Maybe it's because I have a daughter but people with 0 insight into a case (using UVA Rolling Stone report to show reporting isn't always the facts then saying reports are how they are in the know) calling the possible victim trash over wanting justice for being raped is stupid.

No they're not. But when the alleged victim changes her story multiples times it destroys her credibility. When you hear about her being on cleatchasters.com it destroys her credibility. When the same case has been through three different adjudication proceedings and still pursues the guy it seems like she's out for money. Filing a civil suit 2 weeks before the draft is the perfect money grab scenario. People like her and what she's doing is a real disservice to REAL victims of sexual assault.

Her story didn't change, just the information she disclosed at certain times changed, which is more consistent in actual sexual assaults than false reports.


Being in cleat chasers doesn't mean she couldn't be sexually assaulted.


Both instances you are victim blaming. How about the fact Winston's version of events was never heard until two years later. That is plenty of time to make up a story saying it was consensual.

Too many real rape victims that don't come forward because of the way this girl was treated from the start.  Lets all act like FSU fans didn't trash her before this case ever went to court.  She was receiving death threats from the get go.
