This is not working well, LOL. You should of done it day by day leading up to the draft. Just because a few names said one name, you cant just roll to the next name. Next year do it like that. Each day your givien 24 hours for and whoever has the  most votes at the end of the day is selected at that position. 3 people picked Beasley.....not everyone even had a chance to vote.

It worked pretty well last year.  Seems fine to me.

Obviously its too late now to change it. I said next year, make it a 32 day thing, where each day the board votes on who to draft. Not just 3 votes and thats the pick.

I think it works out just fine this way.  It'd be interesting to do it the other way -- but it'd also take up too much space on the forum. This moves just fast enough to get us a decent way into the draft before draft day.  And it can go beyond the first round.
