How does that happen? How do you go from being an elite CB to nothing? I never followed him much, but remember people named the Eagles the SB champs when they signed him in free agency. Did he have a big injury?

He excelled play Man coverage.... but then was quite horrible for the Eagles where he had to play zone a lot.  Then he went to the 49ers, and apparently that's also not working out for him. 

It would be a similar pickup to us getting Marcus Trufant earlier this year. 

 

I do think that with the youth movement that's going on, Caldwell will likely pass on him.

Nnamdi was overrated coming from Oakland, couldn't cut it in Philly, and now as well w/ San Fran...However if he clears waivers, and at the right price a 32 year old CB would not be a bad option for the Jaguars.
