So if Cooper goes top 4 and Lee got drafted in the 2nd round, saying Cooper is twice the prospect is ostentatious?

I'm starting to think Cooper is real possibility at 3. I'm hoping for Dante Fowler but I'm open to Williams,Fowler or Cooper at 3.
