Would have been very easy for Shane Ray to back out of attending Draft this week. He answered questions for 25 minutes today.

Hard to gauge consensus on draft prospects. Know one team has #UGA’s Todd Gurley No. 1 overall on the board. Safe to say, not everyone does

Agreed.

After reviewing things over as far as "tweeners" go the only I'd be interested in at this point are Beasley and Gregory. Both at different points in the draft.

If I had my choice it would be Cooper/Gurley.

If the team was at a different place I would pick Scherff in a heartbeat. He's going to be a great pro.

I think I can agree with that,Cooper is definitely an elite prospect as is Scherff as a guard

I love Scherff, too. He's been cast as a instant star a G, but I wouldn't be shy of giving him a shot at RT. He's got so much to his game, I believe he could overcome "short arms" if he uses his hands and feet well.

Having a new Sheriff in town would be good especially at Guard (assuming you are doing away with Beadles or adding depth in preparing for that) and getting a solid #1 WR in Cooper would be awesome as well..

I think GM Dave Caldwell is leaning more towards trading down but Cooper might be the guy he had mentioned in an interview as a person he felt good about drafting 3rd overall but the rest didnt agree with him or was he refering to Williams or Fowler? I guess we really wont know..

I would say Cooper, and a trade with the Detroit Lions for the Jaguars 2nd and some other pick for Andrus Peat LT or DT Eddie Goldman or an edge rusher like Ray or Gregory that might have fallen due to off field issuses.

My thoughts as well.

Tweet from Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) - Bears entertaining trade offers for Pro Bowl TE Martellus Bennett, per league sources. Bennett wants a new contract in Chicago or anywhere.
