Exactly, that's why I take all "news" at this point as pure speculation.

I do tend to believe what I hear from the local guys more than the national ones.

It would be awesome to see the Commish go hugless for awhile, haha.

Thanks -- I'll pass this on to Gus and Dave so they can quit waiting for you to chime in with your opinion.

I can't see the pick being anyone but Williams, Fowler or Cooper.

Can't go wrong with any of them in my opinion. With Gregory/Ray/Harold being available at around our second pick, I'd be tempted to take Cooper and help Blake out some more. Then take one of those with the second pick.

Williams feels like a bit of a luxury pick, and will likely have less impact for our team at the stage its at currently

that was a complete overreaction on your part. I said i trust the staff to make the right decision. What is your deal? Think this draft stuff is getting to your head.

either that or the alcohol.

Yikes! Right? Back to the point. I think me and you were on the same page for a while on the whole Vic Beasley fiasco, baring a trade down, highly unlikely he's the pick. The only LEO's i liked both are idiots and might even fall to us in the second. I guess Fowler could be a LEO, but i like his versatility.

I really would like Cooper to be the pick, but you cant say no to Leonard Williams.

Meh. I'm thinking the decision has already been made.

Yeah I don't get the feeling Caldwell and Bradley are torn about anything.

fowler could be the LEO and very well could be the pick. I think fowler will actually be an impact player and a good selection I just think leonard is the best defensive player in the draft.

Im just not keen on a trade down. I think the team needs real impact players, theres a few guys that could be available at three that i think could contribute right away. Hard to pass that up.

if we can trade down and then say get fowler at 6 and pick up extra picks, im all for it.

its funny how quickly the beasley lovers disappeared once the media stopped shoving him down our throats. beasley dropped in the major media mock drafts and now there are only 1 or 2 guys on the boards banging the tables for him.

Also throw in "could be", "might be", "a possibility" as other codes for the same.

It's not close.  Cooper is a much more talented player at his position than Fowler.

If they're "torn" by anything, it would be (assuming Williams is gone) selecting Cooper or taking a trade back that would allow them to pick up Fowler later.
