Quote:Are we allowed to throw Booker T Washington HS into the mix?  They are #1 in the country and will ease their way through the Class 4A playoffs.

I got the following:

1 - FSU

2 -  U

3 - UCF

4 - USF

5 - Booker T Washington

6 - UF
4A is terrible this year.

Umm, I recall many many FSU fans coming here saying that.  I recall quite a few FSU fans in this thread calling for it...

Quote:Completely disagree. Fans were saying he should let go of OC duties, not get fired. Again, not accurate.
You are flat out wrong.  There were threads here where people commented on it.  Again, many from this same thread...

No, I'm not flat out wrong.  There are always a vocal minority about a million different topics.  The majority of FSU fans in no way wanted Jimbo fired.  Again, many wanted him to let go of his hold on OC duties and focus on coaching.

Many from this same thread?  Who are the many diesel?  You seem to know so please rattle them off.

There will never be a fan base more obnoxious then gator fans (in general) from 2006-2009.  You should embrace it, wear it on your sleeve as a badge of honor.

For the record, I never called for Jimbo to be fired. If you are trying to reference the FSU at NC State gameday thread from last year I clearly was frustrated at Jimbo's play calling and how he managed E.J. during that game. I went back and fourth with Trav about that.

Good try though.

Just call FSU fans "Criminole fans" and lets get that out of the way.

He will expect you to do it.

Well hey after two championships, you start to get cocky.

FSU fans otoh get cocky after accomplishing basically nothing (Winning the ACC, beating Northern Illinois, Winning the first half of the season).

Does it matter?  There were plenty of "Jimbo on the hot seat?" topics started.

Whoever he cites as examples of wanting him fired, you will just say they are the vocal minority... which is besides the point.  The team was doing bad enough for people to start asking questions, THAT IS A FACT.

The same could be said of Florida.  They are having a tough time atm, but Muschamp should be given the opportunity to turn it around.  It's too early to say "DERPPP MUSCHAMP SUX AND  I HOPE HE STAYZ THERE FOREVER".

I loosely consider myself an FSU fan, I don't think Jimbo is that good. I would be okay with his firing, but on a far more objective note I have good reason to not like him.

Man the way that card board cut out was looking at me when I was in Winn Dixie in Tally summer '12, man theres something wrong with ol' Jimbo. That cut out has got to go.

Edit: And no I didn't buy any of Jimbo's doritos! Thinks hes so cool with his cardboard cutt out....

Big difference between being critical and saying you want the coach fired. Maybe you are confusing the two.

Based on what we have seen from Muschamp, he has an undisciplined team (most penalties in the SEC the last 3 years), seems to be extremely stubborn and has an offense rated in the 100's 3 years in a row. Not to mention you are facing first losing season since the 70's or 80's. So yeah, it isn't surprising Seminole fans would be happy that stays. Under Jimbo, we actually improved statistically and record wise.
