In all honesty, a sprain is the absolute best case scenario at this point. Torn MCL or PCL would be the next best things. They can sometimes heal without surgery in like 8-12 weeks.

Hoping its just a tweak. If you look at the move he's doing, it looks like he planted wrong on his left foot and the knee buckled.
