I've been following this case since it broke.. The dude's innocent because of a lack of evidence and a botched investigation.


You kinda sound like you were in the closet with a camcorder recording the acts.. If so, go to the police with the evidence.. Until then, your judgement is just opinion and not fact..

The only people who can rightfully and legally determine who is innocent or guilty are judges.. Everyone else, its all irrelevant opinions.. You can hate on Winston, OJ, Zimmerman and Casey Anthony all you like and it's your right to do so, but they are all presumed innocent.. This country's judicial system may be broken, but it's preservation of innocence is not. Even judges have the ability to overturn guilty verdicts if they feel it's necessary.

That whole jury process basically shows how little he knows.

 

If you are using OJ Simpson to show why Jameis is innocent, you are fighting a losing battle.  OJ is the epitomy of why guilty people can get off.  I'm not sure Jameis did it by any means, but I'm also not completely sure.  It's 50/50 to me...thats not innocent, but not good enough either way.
