I put a camera on my walk in cooler for that particular reason. Once, a female server accused a male cook of fondling her in the walk-in. She didn't know about the camera. Together we watched the video tape and at no time were the two of them together in the walk in. She said nothing, stood up from the chair in my office and walked out the door. Never saw her again.

I had worked with this lady at my old job whom reported sexual harassment on almost every employee that worked with her as she had social issuses and lacked the knowledge to do her job, so when she felt threatened that was her way of getting rid of problems.  They fired several employees because of her accusations because they trusted her yet no video tape or witnesses were present in any of her accusations.  I will never know if she told the truth, and I wasnt in a position of management to have to determine that but I highly doubt all of those guys did as she claimed.  She was an older lady (in her late 40s and of average looks), so to have so several complaints of different individuals seems highly unlikely to me.

Assuming he intentionally touches her and she does not consent to the touching, which we assume is sexual in nature & if it can be proven that he knew she would not agree to the touching she should've notified the police as sexual assault charges should've been placed upon him.

 

Having her next of kin commit A&B upon him in justification of assault that she never filed was not the correct (legal) course of action.

 

If the pervert used his power to sexual assault her than yes he is indeed an evil boss.

Please go back and read what I wrote...my brothers didn't touch him. I am the one that gave him the swift kick to the jewels. As far as calling the cops on the guy, this happened back in the 80's, times were completely different in regards to things like this back then. I'd have gotten laughed at by the cops for reporting it, just as he would have gotten laughed at for reporting me for kneeing him.

Back in the 80's you would have been accused of asking for it by going into the cooler with him.  You handled it properly.  Heck, I've told my daughter to deploy similar tactics if she's ever in a similar situation.

So basically, you are saying she had social issues, didn't know to do her job, was older and not that pretty, so her claims must be false. Rapists don't typically care how attractive a woman is and socially awkward "people" are most likely victimized more often than not. She could have very well made all of that up, but your reasoning for disbelief is why rapist roam free.


Rape happens not because of the circumstances surrounding the victim, but the circumstances surrounding the moral and ethical judgement of the perpetrator.
