You know, the superhero jersey isn't bad, and the Jags' color scheme has always been underrated. But there's no getting around it: This is the worst helmet in NFL history, and everything else in this uniform set is subordinate to that. Woof!

I take no issue with the jerseys or pants. They are fine as is.


The helmet is horrid. If they don't fix it as soon as they are allowed, someone is either blind or not doing their job. How could someone approve that design?! The fade is terribly done. Butt ugly.

i like pretty much everything about the uniforms except for the fade in the helmet. needs to be black further back.

The writer clearly prefers the simpler uniforms. Hence Pit, Indy, NYG ranked high and Seattle and Jax ranked low.


Flip the list and it's more accurate for my taste. Love the modern style and bright colors. Hate the boring ones like NYG

Pretty much this. His top 5 are teams that have had minimal changes over the decades. Its obvious he prefers the "classic" look.

Pretty much this. His top 5 are teams that have had minimal changes over the decades. Its obvious he prefers the "classic" look.

 

Alot of teams (Jets, Giants, Bills, Vikings, 49ers) have changed their uniforms in the past and end up back in a "classic" look.

 

This year the Dolphins will wear their classic look as an alternate jersey. My guess is they eventually go back to it.

 

Classic usually means simpler and simpler is usually better.

As a longtime bucs fan I agree that their current uni's are horrible, the new helmet is great though.

Both the gay pirate of the Bucs and the USFL-style Jim Kelly era Buffalo helmets were worse.  So were the original Cinci helmets.

 

I think our current helmets weren't the worst idea, but I'm really not a fan of how poorly executed the 2-tone fade is.
