Because it gets proven time and time again. The level of obnoxiousness just gets ramped up each time. I appreciate them proving me right.

im just looking forward to seeing how the attitudes change and reflecting on their comments from the last year or two after they experience the team without jameis and without all the talent they lost.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

They're going to be just fine.  Losing Jameis may actually make them better considering the recruits they've got coming in to replace him.  FSU has consistently had one of the best recruiting classes in the country in recent years.  Don't expect any significant drop in their production.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

i expect 1-2 more losses per season. recruiting classes are a crap shoot just like the draft. i understand they have been recruiting very well, but you look at something like 4 star recruit maguire looking to be replaced by 3 star recruit golson and you have a prime example of not counting your chickens before they hatch.

the talent level on that championship team and what carried over to last season was really under appreciated.

There's no downhill slide in the forseeable future.

They have 2 or 3 freshman qb's waiting in the wings.  Even if they have a down year this year, they are coming in with more fire power.

After the two year run they had, any team across the country would be happy with that.

i dont think there will be a slump, but enough of a step down that they arent the smug powerhouse that the fans on this board reflect.

I expect this year to be a down year (compared to the standard set the last 2 years), but we should be serious contenders again in 2016.

And we just reloaded all that talent we lost with another top five recruiting class. Man, it sucks to be us.

Maguire was not a 4*. He was a 3*.

Even so, I would not expect more than 2 losses.
