Quote:Thomas been "open all day" is a good sign he will def open up the offense this year
Or a sign that our secondary has a way to go yet.  Wink

Quote:ah I wonder what's different this year from last where they were streaming parts of the OTAs
They're not streaming any of the OTAs.

Thanks for the news. Sucks about Lee but it doesn't seem bad so..I'm telling y'all don't sleep on Ace. I don't think he's done.

I did not know Bortles worked with the "QB Whisperer", Tom House. That's great news. If anyone can help Blake hone his mechanics, It's House.

Interesting bit of trivia - Tom House caught Henry Aaron's 715th home run ball, while in the Brave's outfield bullpen.

I'm still reeling slightly about Fowlers injury, hopefully some tangible progress from Bortles will help offset it.

I'm really excited about Yeldon though. Think he could be a star. He's already a complete back

Didn't like the Yeldon pick at first, but hopefully he shows why Caldwell had faith in him.

I actually knew that one.  He also never really worked with football players until later on in his career.  The focus was always on baseball pitchers.  He opted to take on quarterbacks because the mechanics are similar.  Interesting guy.

He also had the classic 70's baseball player look

One additional note here.  The Jaguars made it through a full squad drill injury free without having to wrap players in bubble wrap, or put them in protective bubbles.  Amazing how reckless they are with their talent.

Interesting to note they had more injuries in workouts than they did in this first practice.

[Conspiracy] Don't tell me that even you fell for it.  All these athletic reports were clearly falsified, as the whole team was crocheting in boxer gloves during the allotted time. Hence the lack of OTA streaming![/Conspiracy]

Please, and thank you.

I think it's time you let this go.

During the Gus presser, he continued to praise Ace and his improvement thus far from last year.  However, in speaking about Doss when asked directly, his comments were very luke warm at best.  On a side note, a Jag neighbor shortly ago told me not to sleep on Benn.

This isn't going to go over well for those that were ready for Ace to be let go.

Get over yourself. Every jags fan wants every jaguar to play well.

Some people may think ACe won't make it though

What do you mean "get over myself"?  There were many on here saying that he was on his way out and even a thread dedicated to it.

Saying he's probably on his way out doesn't mean that people won't be happy about him playing well if he makes the team. It's not like people want him to fail. You can expect him to be cut, but that doesn't mean that you want him to fail just to be proven right in your prediction.

Everything sounds pretty good. Thanks for the updates.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
