Quote:Make the Team fit in Jacksonville? This is not a 1-2 year old team. The team already fits. SMH I think the "fits" that he means and the "fits" that you are thinking about are not the same.

Quote:Because it is. You still don't get it. You think his dealing with Southeast Toyota was a one time thing...don't you?
;
; Quote:What are you trying to say?That he doesn't care about football or this team. It's just a business venture and he'll move it anywhere it takes to max out the profit. Sadly, that means the team isn't likely to remain in Jacksonville.
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

Quote:Not at all.I have to ask... Why are you so paranoid? We can't change it one way or the other except by being at the Bank on Game Day- and I think most here will be no matter what -the Jags fans (who are able) are there every game day- at some point we just have to trust - stop trying to look for a conspiracy and just enjoy the process ![]() Quote:You still don't get it. You think his dealing with Southeast Toyota was a one time thing...don't you?Obviously you don't get it. An old business platform doesn't mean you have ties to a city. I'll try one more example to help you understand. I own a rental property in Houston. I've only been to Houston once to sign the deed. A property manager takes care of the daily issues. What ties do I have to Houston? 2 + 2 doesn't equal 5 no matter how you get to spin it.

; Quote:You still don't get it. One last time. Car business in 1985 does not equal football team in 2013. But maybe it does in your mind.

Quote:One last time. Let me re-post what I wrote previously. You might understand this time. Quote:The first large contract his company landed was almost 30 years ago with Southeast Toyota in Jacksonville. He's been doing business here since the mid 80's.

Quote:Let me re-post what I wrote previously. You might understand this time. What does me owning property is Houston have to do with my ties to the city of Houston? Not a damned thing. Its business.

; Quote:You still don't get it. You think his dealing with Southeast Toyota was a one time thing...don't you?I need a good laugh.....why don't you give me your definition of a "tie"
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.
Quote:You're trying too hard and you aren't keeping up. Its hard for a rabbit to keep up in a turtle race. Again, enlighten me. How does a 20+ year old now defunct business venture show alliance to a city?
