Dalvin Cook facing battery charge

#21

It's ridiculous that this incident happened on June 23, and neither the TPD or the school does a single thing until it's leaked to the public. I think the school could have gotten ahead of this as soon as Cook was identified on June 29th. Especially in light of the Johnson situation, and the original police report stated 5-7 football players.

Poor girl.

Good one.

Maybe I don't condemn people before the facts come out. But I keep forgetting that it's guilty until proven innocent in America now.

This is absolutely ridiculous considering nothing has been proven by a court and thus everyone is completely, 100% innocent.

Right, John?

I see what you did there. I approve.

How stupid.  Here is an idea Jimbo, don't recruit thugs and punks who behave like they're 4 steps behind in the evolutionary chain.

Don't be stupid. Tons of schools were drooling over both players. Dalvin actually originally committed to UF. There's no way to know with any of these kids.

This thug has a nice rap sheet going back quite a few years. He should be in jail. But he keeps getting a break because he runs real fast. He's trash. His arrest record proves it.

The bar wasn't the problem.

Maybe for your ilk.

Because of the BB incident, doesn't sound like he's eligible for any first time offender programs or leniency should he be found guilty.

<p style="margin-left:40px;">"This is Cook's third legal issue since arriving in Tallahassee last summer. He faced a criminal mischief charge last year resulting from a BB gun fight that left strangers’ car windows broken. That happened in June 2014, and Cook was charged in October after reporters from <em>The New York Timeskept asking about the case."</em>

<p style="margin-left:40px;">

<p style="margin-left:40px;">...

<p style="margin-left:40px;">

<p style="margin-left:40px;">Meanwhile, on July 25, 2014, Cook was cited for violating two aspects of Tallahassee's city ordinance involving animal care. According to a report attached to the citations, Cook had three pit bull puppies—the officer estimated one to be eight months old and two to be two months old—chained together. “The dogs were tethered directly around the neck by a heavy chain,” animal control officer Sheree Mifflin wrote. 'The dogs were unable to move and the smaller puppies were choking.'"

And that is just the things he has done since being in Tally. His run-ins with law enforcement go back to when he was a minor. While those records are sealed, it gives you an idea of how long this has been going on.

But I know you've already condemned him. You did the same with Jameis before all the facts came out.

Before you start telling people they already condemn anyone you should really step back and realize you are the biggest FSU apologist of them all.

If it wasn't on video you would spin this story as much as you can to make it seem like he's an angel.

Yeah you're so right man. Just like how I condemned Treon Harris right?

I didn't try and spin anything with DeAndre Johnson and I haven't done it here either. Good try though.
