Well, I'll do my best to provide the information, but it's clearly out there.  I'll do it not only for the republican debates, but also the democrat debates.  I do so because I think that it's important for people to get the information.  Blogs, comedy shows on Comedy Central or SNL is not the place where people should get their "news" in my opinion.  I'll do my best to just give the facts.

 

Am I biased?  Some would say "yes" just because I have clearly stated my position as a conservative or "right leaning" moderate.  However, I do think that discussions related to politics should be factual rather than ideological, and let people make their own decision.

 

That being said, I challenge people to search out, research and find out the "truth" for themselves.

It's incredibly ironic for a republican foxnews viewer to call out ANYONE under the big blue sky on where they get their 'news.'

when you have a publicly funded health organization that is potentially engaged in breaking federal law regarding respect for human tissue and potential infanticide the public has a right to see the evidence.  That far exceeds the basic tenant of being newsworthy.  The fact that only 30% of the country has seen the videos should be able to give a clear picture of where the real news sources.

What did you think about Trump's discussion of how corrupt Washington is...  He mentioned that he can buy politicans and they are then beholden to him.  I'm surprised this doesn't get more attention nationally.

I brought that up earlier. Nobody seemed to really care much kind of like how people view campaign finance right now. They either don't care about the corruption or believe the corruption is free speech.

It's scary to think that we are basically having trump pull back the curtain, and nobody sees it as a problem...


This corruption is, I think, the number one cause of most our economic and environmental problems.

I'd like to know how we got to contributing to a political campaign = corruption - as well. Of course corruption exists, but to just say that the government ought to regulate political speech not only would be a tremendous advantage to incumbents but would give the political class a great amount of power to pick winners and losers.

 

And to think Trump is somehow a great example - a well known blowhard who exaggerates all kinds of stuff - is silly. Yeah, lets but limits on the Bill of Rights because of something D. Trump implied in a "debate".

 

So who did Trump buy and what did he get?

But from how I understood what I heard, trump went to the city politicians and greased some palms. Next thing you know, those proor people that didn't have money to donate to politicians were out on their rears so trump could make more scratch for his pockets...

I think that he's right regarding that.  Think of it this way.  Trump is not a politician, he's a businessman.  He's no different than say the Koch brothers or George Soros.  He said so himself that he gives money to political campaigns and he expects "favors" in return.  Do you honestly think that the only "favor" that he got from the Clintons was them showing up at his wedding?
