Toby may not have a great average on runs because he'll get a lot of short yardage carries.  His best value is on screens or short dumpoff passes in space.  That's when he can lower his pads and get some YAC.  He should be a reliable 3rd-down RB because he's a good pass protector, excellent pass catcher, and has some power in short yardage.

he had 6 touches for 43 yards and 3 first downs, not too shabby in limited work.
