That's Bortles fault, he hit Hurns in a bad spot...right in the chest.

I can't believe Hurns dropped that one, he drops a lot of passes. But then again Harbor was wide open, he would have easily gained 40 or more yards if he had throw it to Harbor. Bortles will only learn from this and get better.
