If for any reason the Chargers were to put this guy on the PS which I think is highly doubtful but still a possibility, we should put in an immediate claim, I liked this guy coming out of college and he's had a great off season. And is built and has potential to be a number 1 receiver.

I became aware of Tyrell Williams during the pre-draft process when the Lions had a pre-draft visit with him:

If Williams ends up playing to his measurables in the regular season, practically every team in the NFL is going to regret not drafting him.
Has now been waived by the chargers to help them resign a safety, I would love to pick him up if we could find room, as D6 says this guy showed signs of playing in the preseason and if he could play to his measurables every team would regret passing on him.
