I still have high hopes for him. ![]() Quote:I don't even think Walters will be on the roster after cuts so I'll say Greene wins in a landslide. I'll go with Greene for the PR role, but Walters provides good depth there and is easily the team's #5 WR. Unless he embarrases himself against the Redskins, he's making the roster. The same can be said for Grant who is in a battle with DRob for the KR role at least providing depth there, and is easily the #5 RB. Grant might even beat out Pierce who doesn't do much if anything on special teams for the #4 RB spot should they only keep that many.

LOL... my bad. I just looked at the title that we're talking about slot WR. I thought we were talking about PR.
Hmm... Greene, much like Lee, looks like more of an outside guy to me. In a three-wide I can almost see him going outside with Hurns or ARob coming into the slot. Now Walters really does look like a slot guy, although you have to wonder if he'll even be active all that often. That said... Grant has shown he can catch the ball. With his speed I almost wonder if he could do some damage as a slot WR.

Grant no as far as WR to big in the hips.Green was the slot receiver for FSU I believe.
Next to Lockett Green was big target of mine in the draft. He was awesome at FSU We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:It should be Greene. This. The staff is going to play whoever works best for bortles and so far it seems Greene has his trust on 3rd downs and other clutch situations. As others have said hopefully this brings some fire from marqise and he can finally stay healthy.
I think they have both shown the safe hands and good route running to prove they can play the position.
Bortles will do well with either. Maybe we'll find out tonight which one Gus prefers...
