Quote:Tebow looking good, way better than Barkley Tebow 6/10 105 yds 1 TD 2 rushes 18 yds Barkley 3/6 38yds 1 INT They split time in the 1st half.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.
Dave didnt have the balls to bring in Tebow. Tebow would of been way better than Gabbert,Henne, or any other QB we have had since except Bortles. The only reason he didnt bring him in is because he couldnt handle the pressure or he dont think our guys could

Hundley looking like the best rookie QB and its very possible he could be. Plus he gets to learn from Aaron Rodgers
Tyler Lockett just caught a 63 yard touchdown, the Jags should've taken him in the 3rd, small player with a huge upside.

Tevin Coleman had a nice night. The RB I wanted. Would of been nice to see Yeldon tonight

I think they would've considered him later in the third in a move back up scenario or taken him in the 4th. The Seahawks gave up almost half of their draft to move up to get him.

The fourth preseason game. The night everybody gets to say "that's the guy I wanted us to draft".

There was no way he was going to last until the 4th, he's been one of the most dominant receivers in college football over the last couple of years and put up freaky numbers at the combine. He reminds me of Ty Hilton, Ty might be a hair faster but Lockett is quicker, Lockett will be absolutely uncoverable in the slot.
Quote:The fourth preseason game. The night everybody gets to say "that's the guy I wanted us to draft". Tyler Lockett's preseason production isn't the result of him playing against inferior competition. It's the same kid that dominated the big 12 with bad QB play, dominated the senior bowl practices, and put up elite numbers at the combine. There's a reason the Seahawks traded their entire draft to move up and get him early in the 3rd round, he has the looks of an elite slot receiver and kick/punt returner. I can't speak for every fan but I was certain DC would take him in the 3rd given our need for a slot receiver and returner, they also coached him at the Senior bowl. At this point it obviously doesn't matter, but so far it looks like Dave missed out on a dynamic playmaker this team so desperately needs.
The Bucs are going with Kyle Brindza as their kicker. Brindza was acquired from the Lions for TE Tim Wright earlier in the week. While Brindza had no chance of beating out Matt Prater, he was perfect in the pre-season on FGs and PATs. Including a number of long FGs. Brindza was inconsistent in practice but at least this pre-season demonstrated to be a gamer of the first degree.
