And they've graduated from blocking each other to tackling each other.

It was a smart play. Just end the game in that situation.

I am going to assume this is just trolling. It was a smart play.

And FSU fans are the last group to talk about blocking each other.

Yeah, I understand why the kid did it, but you can't take an open touchdown away from a guy like that.

Sure you can. I remember in 2007, the Jaguars were playing at Tampa and Reggie Nelson got an INT in the final minute and Sammy Knight tackled him. It was the right move.

While it was a smart play in concept, in looking at the replays, I think it was more dangerous to tackle the player who was not expecting to be hit since the fact is he would have had clear daylight to the end zone and has decent enough speed to ensure the WRs or RB would not catch up with him.

Did you see how he tackled him?  He could have easily fumbled the ball.

Regardless, he's the only guy for 30 or 40 yards by the time he reached the goal line.

With the way committees and rankings work, he should have let him score.  14 point victory vs 7 point victory makes a difference.

His sideline antics with Kelvin Taylor were ridiculous.

I guess.  It doesn't bother me at all.  I mean, if you watch football.... coaches get upset sometimes.

He had already talked to the group as a whole because of a previous penalty for celebrating after a touchdown, and not long after this happens.

I have no issue with it.  He deserved it.  The gesture Taylor made hasn't been allowed for at least 10 years.

Not uncommon? How many other head coaches have you seen do that?
