I'm not convinced DC is garbage.  Gene Smiff clearly was.  I think DC has gotten better each year as a GM (althought I'm not saying he isn't a problem).  However, when the HC sets the bar so low for the players because he commends them for sucking, I'm not sure what we can expect.  Low expectations breed low performances.

You have to ignore pre-seasons.  The Jags picked up where they left off last season and are now 7-26 under GB.  What other facts would you like?  Would you get to keep your job if you had a 21% success rate?
