Best game day experience I've ever had. Awesome stuff.

 

 

Disappointed with downtown Jacksonville. Me and my buddies wanted to find a good seafood restaurant, or just a good restaurant period, but instead we ended up at The Landing, which reminded me somewhat of vacationing in a third world country.\

 

Lots of potential in that downtown area. Hopefully some investments are made to clean it up, and probably bulldoze The Landing and start over.

 

I would never suggest staying downtown. The beaches or the Town Center area.

Always choose to stay at the beach. Affordable and only a short commute to the stadium. We had an entity that has challenged downtown growth at every possible level for years. They are slowly losing their foothold and changes are a coming for the downtown area.

 

 

That's good to hear.

 

 

With the River and stadium right there, it's a ton of untapped potential. The water taxi captain did say Kahn is looking to build a huge dining, apartment, bar scene near the stadium.

 

Could be really nice 5-10 years down the road.
