I think Winston will need to do what Blake did this off-season and get a lot of mechanics work with a throwing coach. His motion is very elongated and his footwork is shaky.

I personally do not think (and have said before he was drafted) Winston will be a good pro QB. And the Byron Leftwhich comparison seems appropriate. Give Byron time and he can make some sick throws. Put pressure on him and he becomes an average to below average QB. Winston is heading down the same path.
