Tom Brady suspension to be upheld

Quote: Speaking of facts, the truth is Goodell ordered the tapes destroyed. I hope knowing that gives you better insight. I hope you find this article interesting. http://espn.go.com/espn/otl/story/_/id/1...iots-apart It chronicles how league wide cheating (including the Patriots) has been attempted to be kept in-house and swept under the rug for years. And a nice aside from Cowher on the topic of stealing signals. “We didn't lose the game because of any Spygate, because of them having any additional things,” Cowher said, referring to the 41-27 loss to New England that ended the Steelers' season following a 15-1 regular season. “I think if they're guilty of anything, they're guilty of arrogance because they were told not to do something. But it was something that everybody does.” http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2014/01/1...belichick/ You seem mislead into thinking somehow I'm defending the Patriots. That's something I've never done. I've always been on the side of what's fair and just. Goodell overstepped the CBA, not Brady or the Patriots. Goodell usurped and did not comply with the process. Again, if you've read the judge's ruling for comprehension, he spells it out quite clearly. Goodell's non compliance with the process was all for the same reasons he's misbehaved in the past according to the above article. He's tried to keep it all under wraps, and most importantly, under his control. That's not what the CBA grants him power to do. Rather than rehash topics that have already been discussed, I'll just link a thread where this has been discussed more in depth, as this is what this thread is steering towards. http://jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?/top...ntroversy/ This is an NFL problem, and Goodell failed trying to make Brady his scapegoat. Goodell is the man who deserves the blame, and the punishment. It's his legacy that is tarnished more than anyone, as it should be.
