Good places to eat in Jacksonville

#1

My wife and I are driving down from Canada and arriving in Jacksonville on Saturday October 17th for the Jags - Texans game the next day. We come to see the Jags play once a year on our way to clearwater, but this is the first time we will be driving down and have never stayed in Jacksonville before. What are some good sports bar type atmospheres we can go to on Saturday night, keeping in mind that my wife will be 7 months pregnant at the time so nothing too rowdy haha. Any information will be greatly appreciated!

Also, is there anywhere that may provide us with an opportunity to score an autographic or two? I have a Freddy T signed ball and a Jones-Drew signed picture but I am looking to add to my collection.

Thanks!

For autographs, your best bet is the area outside the stadium where the players leave following the game.

There is an Ale House and Mellow Mushroom right where you are staying if you are looking for a sports bar type atmosphere.

I hear the meat loaf is top notch.
