Thursday Night Football - Redskins at Giants

Quote:I can see the Cowboys winning the NFC East with a 7-9 or 8-8 record. I expected the Cowboys to be pretty good this year but due major injuries that won't come true. But they still have Greg Hardy, Brandon Carr, and Sean Lee on that defense.
Giants would be 3-0 if it wasn't for the first two games having a defensive meltdown.

Quote:Probably not. The Cowboys are not going to lose every game without Tony Romo. But an 8-8 division winner would not surprise me.

I'm not sure why you think that is true.  They still have a good defense and have a pretty good offensive line that can provide enough to keep the game close.

I wouldn't count them out yet.

True, looking at the Cowboys schedule coming up they've got Atlanta, New England, Seattle, and the Giants again before they get Romo and Bryant back too. Could get ugly the next few weeks for them.

I honestly don't think that defense is any better. Take a look at who they played the first two weeks. Their upcoming schedule will be the tell.

I still think Sean lee is better at middle lb than outside. That's just me tho.

Actually I still expect Dallas to win the division.

This is the schedule through Week 10:

Falcons

Saints

Patriots

Bye Week

Giants

Seahawks

Eagles

Buccaneers

If this is what they mean by eight weeks, Romo's first game back will be at Miami.

Yeah, thats more or less the time he will be back. Not too sure how they will do without Dez and Romo, might be even worse than last years offense.
