Good places to eat in Jacksonville

European Street for a sandwich

Ruth's Chris

Picasso's

Good choices.  Also consider Kickbacks on King Street for a gastropub style atmosphere (two of the better craft breweries are located near there, Intuition and Bold City), Bricks in Avondale or Marker 32 near the intercoastal.  For a great experience, stop into Aardwolf Brewery (on Hendrix) for a brew and walk up a block and have a wood-fire cooked pizza cooked to order at V Pizza.  I can personally vouch for all of these places.   Smile

I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Gotta hit up Maple Street. Especially for the Hangover Helper.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

One of our favorite spots is the Chart House, great food, and great views.

Thanks for the responses (both the serious ones, and the greasy ones which were good for a laugh). Sounds like there are a lot of options for us to check out.

Was going to post a "joke" answer, but that would be kind of pushing it.  New England clam chowder is white, Manhattan clam chowder is red.  Either way, I've heard that Wackos doesn't serve the freshest of either.

No matter how fresh you DO NOT want the red.

I'm thinking a thick gelatinous white sauce isn't a better option either.

I thought that women loved that?  It's supposed to be good for the skin?
