To me the point is to enjoy it and watch a team grow over time and follow the players through their careers. Also I never said I was okay with how the team is playing or anything to that matter. I understand frustrations and am upset myself. But what I don't want is for Bortles to feel like he has lost the fanbase. I don't want him to feel like the city is not behind him. I know that athletes should realize that criticisms comes with the territory, but I think that's different then thinking the fanbase has given up on you. That's hard for a young quarterback.

It's not like he's off to a horrible start this year, although the team as a whole can certainly play better. Anyone calling Blake a bust already or suggesting he's at all anything like Blaine is basically a flaming ignoramus in my eyes.

Knowing that Blake would take time to be an NFL QB and doing nothing to get a veteran besides keeping HENNE is my biggest issue with Caldwell.


Rookie coach, rookie receivers, rookie QB, rookie GM. A disaster has been created, and there's plenty of blame to go around....The 1st step in fixing it is to get a legitimate coach. He'll at least steer the ship away from the iceberg.
