Quote:carr leading the pack.yeah, its really not that close at this point. Funny the amount of people that still chose Teddy over Carr lol. Of course some people will pick Bortles because he plays on our team but Teddy over Carr? Bahahahaha. Maybe they are blind lol
I honestly think they just see the Vikings winning game and they do not actually watch him play. Bridgewater has one TD pass this season.

More Ints than Tds this year anf average about 170yrds a game and they pick him over Carr. Like you said, i guess the just look at the wins and havent seen the guy play. He is not much better than Ponder. Ponder took Minn. to the playoffs but he still sucked. I guess these people thought Ponder was good too since he won games with Min. like Teddy

Watching him this year, you can see the lack of arm strength. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! On the few times I watch him throw, He makes me wonder if Chad Pennington had a stronger arm.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
Teddy was the best last year, but so far this year he's basically stinking up the field.
Carr looks the best so far this year with Bortles close behind him, so I voted Carr.

Quote:Honestly, i dont think Bortles is close to Carr right now. Carr has a better looking deep pass when he's able to plant and throw, but otherwise I don't think they're that far apart. Derek also has Ameri Cooper padding his stats.

Quote:Honestly, i dont think Bortles is close to Carr right now.Derek Carr: 726 yds, 63% comp, 8.07 pass per attempted, 5 td's 1 int and Blake Bortles: 698 yds, 54% comp, 6.6 pass per attempt, 5 td's and 3 int. Derek isn't light years ahead of him so stop being so delusional and go back to school my friend. Their numbers is almost similar and the raiders has a better supporting cast at this time with amari cooper, crabtree, and running back latavius murray who is by the way 4th in the league in rushing the football. Lets not forget the 2 out 3 bad teams the raiders played as well so lets pump the brakes with the derek carr talk. ![]() Quote:Carr has a better looking deep pass when he's able to plant and throw, but otherwise I don't think they're that far apart. Oh please, we could of had Both Cooper and Crabtee if we wanted but our brilliant GM passed on them. Car passes the eye test, is alot of accurate and confident at this point.
So now it's the eye test when people said that bortles and carr isn't close? lol. Their numbers are similar but the difference is the raiders is a better team and our team is injured and developing.

On one hand i do agree with you about amari cooper because he's a beast and marquise lee is soft as cotton. ![]() Quote:Derek Carr: 726 yds, 63% comp, 8.07 pass per attempted, 5 td's 1 int and Blake Bortles: 698 yds, 54% comp, 6.6 pass per attempt, 5 td's and 3 int. Although I agree with your premise that Carr is not much better than Blake (I don't think he's much better than Bortles). But, in regards to mumbers, Carr has not played as much as Blake. Carr was hurt fairly early in week 1 vs Cincy, and their backup McGloin played at least half of the game (almost 3 qtrs I think). Carr's numbers would probably be just a little higher if it wasn't for that. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! So do Cooper and Crabtree play defense? Because if you can't see we needed a pass rusher way more than WR you aren't too 'brilliant' yourself. ![]() Quote:Although I agree with your premise that Carr is not much better than Blake (I don't think he's much better than Bortles). True, but it's more than just the better numbers that has me giving the edge to Derek. Watching him against the Ravens I noticed some nice deep throws where he planted with a picture-perfect downfield strikes that just makes you say "wow." True Blake has some of his own deep throws, but they flutter in the air and sort of require the receiver to track them down. They don't make you turn to your buddy and say, "did you see that throw?"

For the record...
Ted has lead the Vikings to 30th place in passing yards this season. A mere 26 yards separating him from the Kaepernick led 49ers at the bottom.
