our new nickname for HC

#1

I hope i spell this right. if its not right though please help me out with it. anyways here is the new nickname for our HC.

Gus loosely goosey Bradley.

meaning hes always to lose,to postive with the team, never gets onto the players. They could take it they are man,not babies.

He babies them way to much. Being postive is good, but you also need to get onto players when they are playing so

bad all the time. With this HC Jags will get beat by the bucs.

snowwolf titans owner in madden.

note titans owner means im undeafted againest them.

Snowy. Do you need to be yelled at by your parents or boss to do what you were asked of or paid to do? Players are paid professionals that should perform at there highest level no matter what a coach is or is not saying to them. Not to mention nobody knows what he says or how he says it to his players in private, where such conversations should occur.

Praise in public, punish in private.

Agreed.

Players are constantly complaining that they need to be paid highly to feed their families. If that's something that's important to you then common knowledge says that you'll go out on the field and perform your best so when your time comes for a new contract you'll be highly rewarded for you efforts. If you constantly need to be prodded and yelled at to simply go out and do your job that's not a coaching issue. At what point does the blame shift to the players to just do what they are supposed to do?

"Uncle Gus". He's the fun loving guy who is always going to be in your corner, with no threat of discipline whatsoever.

Nobody NEEDS it but everywhere I have ever worked I have overheard or have been a part of a real [BLEEP] chewing. It happens behind closed doors and I can assure you these guys get paid well, and also have to hear about their mistakes on Monday/Tuesday. I don't get the people who want to see it though, what is the point? You know these guys are professionals and if they don't cut it in the time allotted(16 games or less) most of the time they are replaced or attempted to be replaced. Its just like the real world guys.. Let them [BLEEP] chew behind closed doors and in house. Thanks.

it not a matter of turning or anything. its telling the truth. I said years ago to hire Jeff Fisher, and everyone laughed at me. The team/players are not the problom. Fisher would have this team 2-1 right now. we would've beat panthers, and creamd  the doplhins. the team has plennty of talent but the coaching is lousey, and has been for years now. JDR wasn't the HC for jags, murlurkery wasn't either, and nither is Gus. we need us a real HC.
