Some relatively good news on the injury front:

From the NFL.com homepage:

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...o-bad-news

Quote:
Julius Thomas underwent surgery to repair a finger injury on Sept. 1. At the time, it was believed the new Jaguars tight end would be ready for action after a month.

We'll hit that month marker on Thursday, but Thomas has yet to be cleared for football activities. This perhaps can be seen as a cause for concern regarding Jacksonville's big free-agent acquisition, but Thomas isn't ringing any alarm bells.

Why are andre branch, cyprien, and joekel not listed on the injury report anymore?

Quote:Just put Marks on IR and be done with it....get him focused on 2016 when he and Fowler will be more than a year removed....

Fowler/Smith/Draft Pick
Marks/Bennett
Miller/Draft Pick
Odrick/Tyson/Jones

nice talent for the next coach......hopefully Urban Meyer
Urban Meyer? are you crazy? Marks should play when he is ready - this is the NFL not pee wee, we don't scrub players for the year just because we want to lose. Play the best you have and play to win every week - period.

They all practiced full, along with Gratz.

Nice that Branch is back and will play, more pressure on Luck

Where did you see this? I only see them listed as Did Not Practice on Wednesday's injury report on jaguars.com. I'm thinking they're both going to miss the Colts game.

They only announce full, limited, or DNP during the week. On Friday they announce the probable, questionable, doubtful designations.

So I'm not sure what the poster was seeing.

@ryanohalloran: #Jaguars LG Zane Beadles (finger) will be full in practice today after limited Wed. ... Cyprien/Gratz/Branch/Joeckel will be full go again.

Is Linder playing through his injuries?

Wait....what? How does Branch being back have anything to do with getting pressure on Luck?

Unless the game is being played underwater, I don't see Luck being under much pressure with Branch out there.

...at least another body to keep Clem and Smith fresh?

I believe he played after being limited last week...

and thus the injury is no more (or at least no longer reportable)

Potential...

if the injuries don't pop up like this... he's likely a valuable weapon.

Unfortunately he slid because of these injuries and we're now feeling it...

Fortunately, we still got Arob and Hurns and then Greene a draft later....

Missing Lee is down on the worry chart for our offense, imo.

Well if Dave knew that marqise was going to be perennially injured than I'm sure they wouldn't have pick him so early. However it is a little silly to ask this question when nobody is an oracle for this stuff. He has all the talent in the world and was a fine pick for where we got him. Yes it's unfortunate that he can't play hardly and it's getting a bit ridiculous but you can't predict that.
