Based off today we had all the talent on the field to win. Secondary did decent done was a struggle but we know without marks it's not the same and fowler next year. We need a LT because Joeckel was terrible the entire game. So I don't blame Caldwell we had the talent just we had what like 15 penalties.....so undisciplined and so poorly coached. Just get me a LT and a head coach and I don't see too much else we need to fix besides a little bit on the defense.

There's potential with the players. Caldwell is not the main issues. We need coaches that truly put the players in a position to win and have them ready each game and each season.

Potential...but that is not talent...at best we have good #2 WRs...Yeldon is unimpressive...Bortles is average...LJ is a joke of a LT...the best players we have drafted are Linder and Smith...ones a guard and the other is an undersized LB...

I said it when they were hired, and I'll say it again. Dave and Gus go together. Take a look at the depth chart. Look at the roster. This team is filled with majority of guys that Dave brought in. I can only think of Poz, Lewis, and Tyson as hold overs. This is Dave's team, as much as Gus.

 

Receivers can't shake man-to-man coverage. Kickers can't hit when the game on the line. Defense can't stop a 40 year old quarterback. 13 points against a defense that has given up 27, 20, and 33 in the first three games despite getting an extra two possessions in overtime.

 

This seat is officially hot, IMO. And a loss to Tampa Bay and blowout loss vs. the Bills in London would make it feel like June in October.

An owner trying to build a team the right way but isn't getting his ROI, you rarely see owners show this type of patience with such ineptitude on the field. I want this team to win so bad to reward Shad's patience but that isn't happening with this regime, today's loss to the Colts is new low for this franchise.

You don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.  Bradley is a slam dunk, dude sucks!  But Caldwell has improved as a GM and I would not get rid of him (at least not yet).  This team does need a new HC without a doubt.  Maybe they need a new GM too but I am not convinced.
