Quote:So you think Robinson is a good #1...Bortles is above average...Yeldon is impressive...and players on our defense are game changers... Robsinson has proven to have the big play ability of a #1. Yeldon has started only a few games yet shows elusiveness and agility, Bortles probably played one of his best games today.
Everyone saying that DC should have kept the old roster.... where are all of Gene Smith's draft picks now? How many are difference makers on other teams? Pro bowlers? HoFers? Who'd we lose?
Quote:Who? Robinson is a good #2...Bortles is average...Yeldon is very unimpressive so far...outside of Smith no one on defense is a play maker...and he is not a game changer...Bortles,Yeldon,Linder,Parnell,Wiz,Thomas,Hurns,A-rob,Telvin,house,Poz,Odrick,Marks and Colvin is a good core to build on in my opinion.Just need the right people in place to coach and a few adds here or there. Yeah, everybody on offense was awesome. That's how you get 13 points on a defense the rookie qb led tacks got 30+ on last week.
[BLEEP] sick of this [BLEEP]
All the [BLEEP] lies and half [BLEEP] coaching has got to stop.

They are the same people who think they know more than everyone else. They like to point out impatience and that people who question Gus or the play calling "just don't get it"

Quote:yet this team of young players lost to a 40 year old quarterback and a 30 year old running back. So would you trade the Jags roster for the Colts Roster sans Andrew Luck straight up? I sure wouldn't.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
I say yes and here is why. This is not overreacting from the loss today but just the results in general.
This product on the field is bland and very boring to watch. The results are not working and there are only so many excuses you can throw at it. We know the excuses: "X" players were hurt. We just witnessed a very mediocre colts team beat us without their Franchise player. No excuses The team is rebuilding. Gus said before this season "the team is built" They never said it was a 3 year plan: While true to continue on this same path is insanity. If the arrow was pointing up that is one thing but it is not. The Reality: 8-28 Gus Bradley's record is approaching Historically bad. Second Half Struggles: While other teams make adjustments during Halftime, Gus Bradleys team have been outscored heavily and consistently in the second half. A change couldn't possibly hurt at this time. |
