I don't know why you call a running play in that situation. Gerhart was only on the field because Yeldon needed a play to regain composure.  We didn't have anything else in the playbook we could have done to account for him being on the sideline?

Was there any doubt in anyone other than Olsen's mind where that friggin ball was going? Truly baffling play call. It's one of the major questions that would have to be answered by him today if I'm Gus , Dave or Mr. Khan. I truly believe Gus was stunned after that play went down. There was obvious anger on his face.

he is way over payed and sucks..... but lets not act like most of this board wasnt happy when the signing initially. i know i was. now we have a way over payed fullback and a guy who may be able to run behind a D linemen. yes it was a blown FA pick up but it wasnt something that everyone saw coming from the beginning.
