Apparently Hasselbeck being out of the pocket negated the illegal contact. That doesn't explain the jersey grab as Hilton broke on his route though.

 

I had never heard that before. Even Mike Carey never negated illegal contact that way in all the games I have seen him officiate. Why would Terry McAulay care about whether Matt Hasselbeck was in the pocket or not?

Concussion

 

So why was Arian Foster allowed to go back in the game? He only took one play off. Tracy Wolfson never said anything about Foster going through the standard concussion protocol.

 

Mallett lost is job, temporarily.  Don't worry Mallett. Hoyer is inconsistent and he sucks.

Hasslebeck made no mistakes, plus he played against the Texans who made plenty of mistakes/penalties and still only lost by 7 points.

Two close wins for the Colts. I think the reason the Colts win games like these is that they expect to win, whereas the Jags and Texans expect to lose. Winning ( and losing ) consistently has a definite effect on the end result.
