What are you basing this one? Michigan St. just squeaked out wins against two terrible teams in Purdue and Rutgers. Michigan St.'s only solid win was against Oregon who has now been exposed as pretty bad themselves.

 

Michigan, meanwhile, has outscored it's opponents 160 to 14 over the last 5 games and two of those teams were ranked when they played Michigan (BYU and Northwestern).

 

 

Thinking Michigan St. is better than Michigan is one thing, but thinking Michigan is nowhere near MSU based on play this year? Explain your reasoning.

 

Well, I pretty much explained a couple of posts ago that I underrated UM. BUT... to further explain, it's quite simple.

 

Did anyone in their honest to god mind think Harbaugh would turn this program around this fast? Come on, seriously? I was picking UM simply based on Harbaugh being the coach but expecting them to take maybe a year or so to get competitive again.

 

Anymore questions? 

 

Edit: I didn't realize they've had 3 straight shutouts, two being top 25 teams, and 14 points total. I pay little attention outside of SEC. Sue me. 

 

Also haven't followed UM closely since Denard Robinson played there.
