I like the idea of using a speed guy like rookie Corey Grant from time to time...but with the lead deep in our own territory while TJ was playing outstanding, we put the back up rookie running back (who hardly plays) in for a pitch play that turned the game??? Cmon Gus...you and your staff cost us with that personnel decision.

I wouldn't be so quick to think a new coach would mean playoffs. The defensive line is old and gets pushed around. The secondary is inexperienced and not very talented. Sure a good offense helps but you can't get gashed and win.

Nobody thinks that but this is just painful. I like Gus as a person but he's out of his depth and it's going to turn real sour real quick.
