Pretty much why everyone who is still on it have stayed off the board today.


Also... Alfie is currently listing bad HCs with better records than Gus. The 2 best are Spurrier and McDaniels.

I voted yes, at the end of the season preferably to give him a chance to turn this around. The fact is with every game he loses the closer he gets to Dave or Shad pulling the trigger on firing Gus. You just can't come out and play defense like we did vs. the Bucs. Special teams was lost out there too. It was literally like we took a game from the Malarkey era and were watching an old game. 

 

This Houston game is HUGE for this coaching staff. You come out like you did vs Tampa and you lay an egg on defense and the Texans outscore/beat you... I don't know how you can back Gus after that. I just don't.

As long as Gus keeps sending a four man rush- really a 3 man rush with Alualu out there- with soft zone coverage, the defense will continue to get lit up by the worst QBs in the league.

7on7 scout team walkthroughs pose more of a challenge to QBs than Gus' famous Ice Cream Zone Defense.

The NFL is all about results you cant continue to win only a few games (3 or 4) each year and expect the fans to be happy about it..

They aren't poor performances. They're pretty exciting football games that come down to the wire... Guess we're not seeing the same thing.
