If Bortles can't play Sunday...

I don't know if I could take Chenne for a game... I would rather put Nick Marshall there and see how he does.

This is what to expect with Chad Henne in the game, not a bad pass hmm maybe this game will be okay he drove the team down and got a field goal...

oh punt well at least the team has 3 points so far,

another 3rd and out punt,  well Texans do have a good defense

punt

punt

punt

punt

late ending drive for a TD in garbage time.. well he is tough he got sacked 15 times and is still standing..

sigh.

Most people are ready to see the Jags bounce back and beat the Texans convincingly. Gus sent a strong message this past Sunday and it should carry over. Expect the defense to come back swinging.

Chad Henne is the king of passes knocked down at the line of scrimmage....

How in the world do we still have him for a backup, and we have no third stringer?

Is Caldwell off his gourd?

Henne is one step above Gabbert. Since we're obviously committed to losing can we just bring him back?

It's all about getting that top 5 pick right?

It's not a big deal. He'll get out there and play more than likely, but Henne is still a great backup that can handle the start. I'd have faith in Henne to beat the Texans.

What if Chad Henne has a fantastic game against the Texans and they win does it cause a QB controversy?

Nobody says that because nobody has faith in Chad Henne....

except John Oehser

No, that's not what I'm saying, Johnathan.

This is Bortles' team by all means - Henne, on the other hand - can ball. Is that what you cool kids call it these days?

I dunno I've never been cool.

On the bright side, other than the INT (which I thought had gotten tipped - either way bad choice to throw it) Blake had one of his best games of his career...

I was cool once - that was before I got flabby and had to wear glasses!

He did indeed have one of the best games of his career. Expect more against a weaker defense this weekend.

Oh so you expect Blake will play against the Texans?

I would worry with JJ Watt & Clowney both expected to play might be best if Chad is in there to take the abuse.

Clowney hasn't played the part this season for the Houston Texans. He isn't living up to his draft status, and will continue to disappoint with the injured ankle.

JJ Watt is on a decline and has only gotten 4 sacks in 5 weeks. I don't think he'll be an issue for Luke Joeckel.

Awww why was Oehser banned, he was doing a pretty spot on impersonation.

Yup. I'll just track my fantasy scores and not even turn on the Jags if Henne is in there
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

Generally frowned upon when you "impersonate" someone even on an anonymous message board.  I was enjoying the new angle for banter as well.

Fans deserve better. Thanks for all the good times too many are in the past.

I don't know you as i'm pretty new here, but this made me laugh pretty hard.  I love your dry sense of humor.

While many of you have already chalked it up to a loss....

if Bortles doesn't play, I can't see us winning.

Odd... last year, the offense couldn't do enough to help the defense which was stout in areas...

this year, the D can't seem to get enough stops... and when they do, the offense reverts to 14 status'.

With a healthy Bortles AllenX2 and JT I have confidence in the offense scoring points.

But without Bortles, I don't see enough points going up to win. Our D has taken a step back missing Marks, and still having no legit pass rush. The secondary is banged up and still doesn't have star power. Our D can't make plays, much less carry our team to victory.

That all being said. I suspect Bortles will play. And well.

An offense led by Chenne

A defense that can't tackle or jump a route

Special teams that's consistently disappointing

All led by a lameduck headcoach

Hahahaha! That's only because he hasn't gotten to play the Jags and Titans 4 times yet! Seriously, that's where the majority of his sack totals have been coming from.

Watt has 4 sacks in 4 weeks. Expect that total to jump into 6 or 7 sacks in 5 weeks after he faces Jax.
