Blaine's problem was the intangibles which you obviously can't really factor in on stats. However analytics have been shown to be rather successful, hence why most sports are using then to a very large degree. The eye test is fine but like I said I'd rather trust the perception by a paid scout or expert instead of some guy on the message board that can't ever find one thing positive to say about the team. That seems a bit biased to me. Arob had one of the best SPARQ scores ever for any WR and the other guys around his score are all elite players. It's unlikely he will not be a good player unless he is missing the intangibles like work ethic or toughness. Both of which I think he has.

Cooper would look really great for us now, he was in play for our pick but we needed defense at that time. Because of the injury to Fowler I would really like to see Cooper. too bad.

I think the Fowler pick was the right one. Our pass rush desperately needs a dominant guy. Not Fowler or DC's fault he got hurt.


Lee has so much talent but hamstrings are so hard to get past. They just have a way of springing back up. It happens. Hopefully he can shake it.

Hopefully Lee will be ready to roll within the next couple of games and on fire after the bye. As for "DF56", I see him being ready from day one of the 2016 season or earlier. The "Eye Test" depends upon the "Eyes of the Beholder", ie the specialists, the professionals. The eye test that's opinioned from myself and or any other non professional is nothing but an Personal Opinion...
